This past Sunday We Did Fondue, Chocolate Fountains for 2 of the largest Easter Brunch gatherings in the Albany, NY region.  The Mallozzi Family treated over 800 Capital District folks to a scrumptious brunch with all the traditional trimmings plus!  When I first opened WE DO FONDUE-Chocolate Fountain Rentals, I walked into the Italian American Community Center, intorduced myself and our services.  That was 7 years ago this May!  I have been providing Chocolate Fountain services for special events for business, weddings, 1st communions, birthdays, sweet 16′s, and virtually everything in between.  It is my personal goal, at every event we attend, my personal goal is to add as much fun, positive evergy, smiles and outstanding chocolate fountain services as we possibly can.  PLEASE notice, that our dedication and focus on service, interaction and personality represent the GREAT STUFF that serve to seperate We Do Fondue as the Region’s Premier Chocolate Fountain Service.  Along with the BEST Chocolate, Equipment and Professional Service, comes our TOTAL commitment to each and every client and guest’s enjoyment.

We are honored to have been FEATURED for the 4th year in a row, at the DESMOND HOTEL’S fantastic Easter Brunch.  I love the reaction for kids and adults alike, as they first enter the dramatic and beautiful courtyard at the Desmond and first see the Giant Chocolate Fountain on their way into Brunch.  It is my greatest reward, to see the smiles, to hear the wonderful comments and GLEE in the anticipation of enjoying the Fountain following brunch.  We treated 600+ happy Desmond Guests.  This year’s brunch was exceptional as ALWAYS!

Quality and performance matters too!  What kind of chocolate is being used?  We pre-melt our 11 LB BARS of chocolate, Clean, Cut and Prepare our dipping foods at our ”Health Department Licensed Kitchen” before leaving for each event.  We arrive with “bottomless” chocolate and dipping supplies prior to your guests arrival and are fully set and running when you desire.  Our chef dressed attendants are polite, professional, friendly, fun, dedicated to excellence and safe enjoyment.

We knew it all along!

It’s that time of year again when the search begins for EVERYTHING WEDDING, as brides and a” few “grooms set out on a mission to make their dreams come true and create the perfect wedding event.  The process can be daunting, fun, exciting and more.

Our Chocolate Fountains have become one of the very special features that help to make a standard wedding reception, exceptional. The fountains thrill, amuse, and delight everyone.  They add a spark of significant positive energy that sets the tone and mood of the party atmosphere!  We are headed down to the Foothills Performing Arts Center in Oneonta tomorrow for Celebration Creation’s Annual Wedding Event and then up to Saratoga City Center in February for the Annual Enchanted Wedding Expo.

*Is your fountain provider registered, monitored and approved by your local Department of Health?   All Chocolate  Fountain Companies are required to register with the appropriate Dept. Of health. Each must operate as commercial “CATERER”.  This designation requires an annual health permit registration fee, an off premise Health Dept. inspected and approved kitchen for all preparation. Simply ask for proof of current health permits.

*Is your fountain provider properly insured?  It is essential for you, your family and friends, and especially your business to be protected from any potential liability, in the event of any damage, health related problems, or any legal issues that could possibly arise from the fountain at your event.  Simply ask your prospective Fountain Vendor for a current certificate of Insurance. We carry a combined $2 Million dollar policy as required for public events in government venues. The minimum protection should be at least $1 million dollars.

* Never rent a Fountain and operate it without a professional Attendant at ALL TIMES!  A good attendant will assist guests,  maintain the dipping foods, the chocolate flow and minimize any chocolate mess. Most of all, the Attendant assures the safety and cleanliness of the fountain for everyone from start to finish.  An unattended fountain is a recipe for potential disaster.

*Ask for references, current clients and testimonials.  A good Chocolate Fountain Company will have plenty of examples of their work for you to contact at anytime.
